does anyone know if the 43185 with oiler had the push thru quick release

It is unlikely that is would have had the push through QR. By the time Easco started releasing variants of the "Quick Release" ratchets, the push through QR mechanism would have already been discontinued by the mid-late 70s.

i'm not certain how long I've had this particular ratchet, but i have a -v- 1/4 43185 with qr and oil port. black button, chrome selector

FWIW - before our sears closed, in past few months, the tool dept was rebuilding ratchet heads instead of exchanging them.

and i do know, this one is NOT any that they rebuilt for me.
