Listed here is an older Craftsman 44595 torque wrench that is rated for 20-150 ft lbs. 1/2" drive. It comes with the case (I ordered it separately years ago being I didn't like the case it came with). Wrench works ok, but the dial on it isn't 100% accurate like it should be. When you set it to say 30 ft lbs the dial is actually slightly lower than what the indication on the shaft of the tool says it should be. IE the "0" on the dial is actually somewhere close to 25 in according to how it scaled it. It deviates this way all the way through it's operation. I believe it's accurate, just that the markings aren't spot on for some reason. It's been this way for quite a while. Hell, it could have been that way from new and I just don't recall. Knowing this I just set it accordingly, but it should be sent off and looked at. Picture below so you get an idea of what I'm talking about.
This unit is a USA wrench not a China wrench. Looking to upgrade to a Tech Angle set of wrenches so I figured I would clear these out prior to purchasing the others. Wrench has always been cared for and the spring has always been backed off when stored.
