This won't be US made, but it's still a darn good deal on impact sockets. Pretty sure that's cheaper than HF prices.

Kinda wish I could get that case and use it for my US-made Craftsman impacts lol.

Actually you can get nearly the same amount of sockets (46 vs 48) from HF this weekend (parking lot sale) for only $66.00 Both Metric and SAE and both deep and standard length impact all in 1/2 inch drive...

13 pieces on the deep sets for 19.99 each, metric and SAE

10 pieces on the standard depth for 12.99 each, metric and SAE

Since Craftsman is no longer USA Made whats the difference? They are both China junk...

(Essentially, if you buy from Sears, you are paying 28.00 more (after discount) for a plastic case to carry them around in... )

Code SAVENOW takes another 10% off, to bring it down to $77.38 (with a $0.99 filler item).

Sears continuously F's up their sales on their website. Never seen a company so screwed up in my life. Its a wonder they stay in business at all...

The opening post neglected to mention the "Deal of the Day" part.

Oops!

But... 'Deal of the day' has to be the dumbest thing an online site can do... By the time people actually hear about it and want to buy it, its over. Then they go elsewhere to buy. Ridiculous marketing strategy...

I believe the Cman are more comparable to the Pittsburg Pro impact sockets. They are moth dual marked and I believe they are CR-MO versus CR-V like the basic Pittsburg sockets.

I bought a set of the china made sockets to see for myself if they are junk. I've used them on several rust buckets that have rolled into my shop, breaking loose control arms, shackles, spring hangers, tires, shocks

No problems thus far. I see no difference performance wise versus USA made craftys, Grey Pnuematic, Napa, or harbor freight sockets I have

Well really the goal is to get you to check the website everyday. They don't really want to sell too many, as much as get us there and hope we remember to buy more stuff... Plus like all deals you've got to jump quickly. I think we all have lost out on a good deal or two by being a little too late, but that is part of the fun on getting good deals.

If it was any other site than Sears I would probably agree with you. But they have a tendency to just screw up their site so much and so often as to drive many potential customers away no matter the price...

I didn't see that mentioned anywhere on the Sears site... What led you to that conclusion about these? Did I miss it?

Didn't Sears just recently shift these from US to China made?
