Craftsman 5.5" Jaw Inserts?

Hoping someone might have a lead on these. I recently bought a Craftsman 51871 Bench Vise, Made in USA with 5.5" jaws. One of the inserts is broken and I can't seem to find a replacement anywhere.

From what I have learned, two styles of inserts were used on this vise. One had 2.5" center to center mounting holes, and the other, which I have, used 3" center to center. For the 2.5" C2C, Wilton 11127S41 inserts are a direct fit. I can't find any inserts with a 3" C2C size though. Any thoughts? I'd settle for 5" inserts if I can find ones that will mount.

The original Sears replacement part has been discontinued (51871-41), and it sounded like they were wrong anyway (some reporting 4.5" and others 6.5"). I don't think this vise is worth having something custom made or attempting to drill and tap to move to a 2.5" C2C mount.

Further research shows that it likely was built by Columbian, but I'm not having any luck finding jaw inserts for a Columbian either.

Thanks guys, this helps! Not sure I want to spend $50 on inserts for this vise, but its good to know they exist. Too bad it wasn't the 2.5 center version, as those can be had for half the cost.
