Craftsman 5183 Swivel Base Help Needed

Guys, I picked up a Columbi-man 5183 with the swivel base but it is missing the center bolt. I am hoping somebody has one or a photo of what they look like as it appears there must have been some type of bushing to center a 9/16 bolt. The catalog shows the base came with a center bolt but no details

Its also missing the plug for the second lock down hole. I assume that is just a panel plug but have never seen one or found any photos of those either.

Somewhere on one of these two threads, they discuss making a bolt and certainly the swivel locks. Ask on those threads.

I remember someone had a bolt made or modified by a machinist. But I don't remember the details.

I agree, I could make something that would work but I thought I would try to make something similar to original

I've had (and used) my grandfather's Rock Island 574 vise since he died in 1983. I decided it was time to clean it up, paint, and re-lube it. I discovered that the only part holding the vise to the swivel base was an over-tightened swivel lock mechanism. The center bolt is completely missing...

I did find one of the members here that had the same vise and he posted a picture of his parts. When I enlarged it I think it looks like a bushing over a bolt. I have sent him a message to see if he still has the vise to get a definitive answer. Thanks for the link.
