I purchased this at a thrift store mainly because I wanted to know why they have a moving upper jaw unlike vise-grips.

I buy craftsman stuff at the flea market all the time. I have a drawer full of new craftsman stuff from turning it in.

I do the same with screwdrivers all the time. When I was there I got a Snap-on #2 x 4" Phillips for .10 cents because it had a broken tip.
