These are the rebranded Knipex, been watching them for a while and didn't really see them drop below $40ish, they're at $34 right now.

If you can add some stuff to get to $50, you can use SEARS2012 and VALPAK5 to take $10 off. I ended up deciding to get the hose clamp pliers with them (a bit more than what gets you to 50).
