Hey guys, I just picked up a Model #875199430 Craftsman Pneumatic 3/8" mini ratchet wrench at flea mkt for $5 in like new condition, Is there anything I should pat attention to other than some air tool oil for motor? Sears won't let you download an owners manual.

Naw. Just like any other air tool, keep it oiled and it'll be happy.

I don't have the exact same model, but you may have the same problem. Like yours, mine got very little use over about 5-10 years.

There is a ball in the throttle mechanism. Mine rusted so bad the throttle would not work.

Solution. A new stainless steel ball. Probably cost you 1/2 as much as wht you paid for it.

Thanks guys, my main concern was if the ratchet head was pre-lubed w/grease or if I should just put an oil can to it from time to time. It works great, I really don't think it was ever used. No marks that a socket was ever on it. Loud....LOL...yeah a little. But what the heck for 5 bucks.
I wonder who the manufacturer was? It says Taiwan on it but I've seen others here saying CP, IR, and maybe other brands had out sourced some tools off shore. At least it's not china.
The guy also had better than 1/2 of a 5gal bucket of sockets, extensions, universals for $80 or best offer. Said they were all metric. I saw some Craftsman in there and Taiwan stuff but he also said there was SO in there too. All drive sizes from 1/4 to 1/2. It looked like way too much messing around for me. I gave him $.50 for a 1/2 Craftsman v universal that was on top and left.
