It is time to move on from this beauty. I bought it at a garage sale for the asking price. The planer works fine, the knobs are all free and the bearings are not sloppy. It comes with a spare set of new knives and the cool stand.
The motor that comes with it is not really the right motor...it is difficult to tension. I was going to build a bracket to use the motor weight to create the tension but I recently picked up a 15" planer so this little guy needs to find a loving home.
It is heavy! Hopefully someone local wants it, I can meet you somewhere but I'd rather not try to ship this beast. Questions?
