Craftsman and Stanley led light bars.

I have a Craftsman led lightbar and a Stanley version both about 5-8 years old. Both have USB charging and were never used, So I charged them both and nothing, Then I charged both for 8 hours and they turned on and seemed to work. They both came on the next day once each, tried them later and nothinhg.
Is there a trick to get them to hold a charge or are they trash?

You'd have to test the battery to see if they are shot which it sounds like they are. I'm not familiar with those lights but since you mentioned USB charging I assume they have internal li-ion cells. As long as you can find compatible size replacements they should be able to be fixed.
