I picked up a beat up 30 year old craftsman tool box on. cl i am rehabing it for my fil for fathers day i just finished painting it and already got new locks the only thing its missing is one badge for the bottom box so if anyone has an extra and not using it I'm willing to pay if it matters the peg holes are 2 1/2 inches apart thanks guys

If you don't care about age, Craftsman carries them as spare parts. I'm not sure if the spacing is 2.5" or larger, but you might be able to modify a new badge to fit.
