Any experience with the Craftsman "Bolt-on" stuff?

It kind looks like the typical x-mas/fathers day stuff that sears sells, but now that they introduced the corded version, that makes it more interesting.

I'm sure run-time is not even close to Milwaukee/Makita/Dewalt with the big batteries, but the corded option is a cheap backup.

Far as I know its the same as the Black and Decker versions, another tool system that nothing fits to from any other tool system.

Not appealing to me.

This is just me, but most tools that try to do everything, do nothing well.

For the occasional small project around the house, might be a viable option. For bigger projects, I like to have a multiple dedicated power tools at my disposal and not switching heads back and forth as the job progresses.

Yeah, I was only considering it as a backup or 2nd drill/driver. It is one of the only drill/drivers that does not come with 2 batteries.

I'm going to keep nursing my Makita set while saving for the Milwaukee 18v fuel.
