That is what I had forever with my stack. I still have it but have since upgraded. It holds a decent amount but if I wer to do it again I would be looking at a 40" wide top imo. More room. What are your plans for it? Main box on a table? eventually get a bottom?

The craftsman ball bearing tool boxes are much better than their non ball bearing models.

Definitely an entry level box and I think you will fill it fast. I have an 8 drawer and it is pretty well stuffed. I'm looking at going to a 40" stack.

They are a decent box for what they are. For some guys, they will last a lifetime. For others, like members here, you WILL outgrow it, it's just a matter of time.

Stick around, read a few tool box thread and you'll probably end up buying a bigger box to start with. :D

if you have just a few tools, or need a 2nd box for in the house, or a larger carry/mobile box it would probably be ok.

notice the specs it's only 12" deep
