Noted it does not include the battery. Seems like a good deal if one already has this toolset with batteries.

Got mine ages ago when Sears had them on sale for $20, killed two nicads using it, then bought a tool with lithium pack and all is good again except it does get hot after a couple minutes and needs cool down time.

Not C3 but other people are selling one that sure looks exactly the same.
