Craftsman CFL Work Light to LED Conversion?

So I have the Craftsman Pro Fluorescent Drop light, bulb finally died in it, and debating putting in LED. I'm sure there's a ballast in there that I have to bypass, but has anyone taken it apart and done the swap yet?
