My first torque wrenches were from Harbor Freight, which, predictably, were terrible. I picked up one of these Craftsman digitals to replace the HF 1/2", and was supremely disappointed. The ratchet head is positively nasty. Also, it's not actually a digital torque wrench, i.e. a load cell design, it's a spring style clicker with a digital display. The display on mine died after about two months. I found a deal on a Snap-on techangle, and haven't looked back.
Out of curiosity, what are you looking for by going digital?
