Craftsman DOE wrench set

Does anyone know if these DOE wrenches came in this holder?
Any estimate on the years manufactured?
None have part numbers.
4 are == without a V
1 is =V= on the left and 2 outside the holder are =V= on the right.
I'm missing the 3/8 7/16

Yes. They most likely came in those holders. I don't think I have seen a V on the left, maybe mis-stamped? I am pretty sure I have a spare DOE in what you need.
