New belts, new upper set of bearings, working 1/3hp motor, vari-slo. Switch on motor is broken, always in on position.
Might need some adjusting to operate smoothly ('m not really sure how to adjust the motor not to move up/down and keep the belt tight with this motor mount), but it's all there.
Or I might sell the vari-slo separate if anyone is interested!
