craftsman e wrenches

Hi folks, I haven't look through my craftsman wrenches in a while, but, I wasn't familiar with , "E-44694"
I haven't seen the "E" before on Craftsman wrenches. ... also haven't looked for an "E." But, I'm hoping some of you good folks will have some input about the "E."
