eBay itself is a silly place...just search "used socks" and look at the completed listings. Makes USA Craftsman that's way overpriced to me seem normal. You can sell ANYTHING on ebay, and there's a sucker born every minute. I can't tell you how many Dollar Tree things I've found listed on eBay. They certainly weren't selling them for a dollar either. :lol_hitti

It isn't just eBay, the world is a silly place, that's why eBay exists. I would probably pay a few bucks for "used socks" . . . worn by Marilyn Monroe. :D

But I would require documentation.

I don't get e-bay or for that matter "vintage craftsman" I broke my beater ratcheting craftsman screw driver that stored the bits in the handle. I paid maybe 3 bucks clearance for it in early 2000 maybe late 90's when the local hardware store was closing so it lived its life. Did a quick google search, craftsman dropped it but its poping up on ebay as vintage and usa. Its not either if you ask me, lol and they are selling for 20-25 bucks it seems.... 2 mins on google I find a replacement offered new for the same screw driver without the craftsman logo for 6 bucks.
