Multiple people setting their max bid at a high amount never thinking anyone else would be smart enough to think of that. well they jsut kept out bidding each others things until it ended driving it that high. so they "Set it and forget it" until they overpaid by 50 bucks.

A vendor at the flea market buys that set and opens it and sell the wrenches individually. I confess i have bought a couple wrenches from him.
