The Evolv line is Craftsman's cheaper line of tools.
If I remember correctly, the hard line Evolv tools have a lifetime warranty but you must have the receipt otherwise they won't exchange it.
Also, the Evolv line is made overseas - usually China and Taiwan.
I saw those the other day. They appeared to be marginally thicker than the pittsburgh impacts. If memory serves, they were made in Taiwan and looked alright. They have a similar packaging (and price point) as the kobalt impacts.
I didn't notice any stamping on them. If they're not stamped, there's a good change the size will wear off after a while. Not the end of the world, but I generally prefer a stamped socket.
I have never used those impacts. I have used other Evolv hand tools and found them to be substandard, but definitely not something I'd want to use everyday. I would think that for occasional home use, the sockets would stand up alright, but if you're going to get em, KEEP THE RECEIPT.
