I had a bad leak around the plunger and jack would lift but not hold. Would that probably be the cause? Also, I ordered a seal parts kit and removed the old plunger seals but I believe the top (wiping seal?) was in upside down. It was installed with the metal side of the seal down. From the photos I have seen it looks like the metal side should be up. Can any one confirm this?
