Hi All,
My 1st post. I Inherited an old hand sander from my Dad The backing pad came loose from the mounting, the supports around the holes in the pad are worn away or some type fasteners missing? I was thinking of super gluing washers on the back of the pad so the mounting screws can hold up, tight in-place the pad. Probably depends on the glue joints not failing from use. No luck finding a replacement. So, if anyone might have a better, more cleaver idea...thanks in advance. I remember my Dad using it in the mid-1960's, when was this model sold?
