I bought the smaller Craftsman hydraulic red stool that's on sale occasionally for about $20. Comes in handy, mostly working on or waxing the vehicle. I'm about 215 lbs. and have no problems, yet.

Basically the pencils are free.
Are there carpenters pencils any good? I got some at lowes, and they splintered real bad when you tried to sharpen them.

I didn't like this stool. They had a display in the store before the reset. I felt like it was trying to push my out of the seat and was not comfortable.

I adjusted mine so that it no longer does that. Even after the adjustments, if you don't sit in it right, it still feels that way for me.

I've worked at a shop that had these and I don't love or hate them. All of the same design are going to be roughly the same unless you come across one with really thin tubing used or really crappy hardware.

Just ordered 1 of the green chairs and 1 of the pub tables for the garage. After working in the garage pull up the stools and have a few cold ones with my son or good friend. And admire the work that was accomplished that night. Or sit at the table make a new job list for the next garage outing. PS green chairs and other colors are down to $49.96 also.

Dont know about new but I was surprised they had 1 when I put it in my cart. I would guess they got some at the warehouse because pick up at store was not available. Had to have it shipped to my house. The stool they would ship to the store a local K Mart.
