You might actually find those as NOS USA sets, I highly doubt that they sold (then again produced) as many as the more common 12pc deep impact sets.

I bought my Cman impact set about 2 years ago... The set is 3/8 and 1/3 standard/metric shallow/deep with extensions and adapters... They all say made in USA but I'm not sure about now... I will tell you... They are great... At some point I'm sure I'll upgrade to snap on but I have my reasons for that... Not saying that the cmans are bad but I'm sure at some point they will be imported so I'm jumping ship prior for warranty problems down the road... I got my set for about $320 or so because they were on sale from about $400 or so...

So if you take one thing from all my rambling here they are good and well worth the money if they are the same as mine...

The set in the red case came out after production went overseas, so no US there. The other set, in the trays, was at one time made in the US, so it could be possible (but doubtful) you'll find US stock.

Otherwise, yes they look like the same sets with the differences in the case and accessories.
