got it back together and still no worky...turns out one of the rotor blades was defective, big crack in the middle and won't fit the slot correctly, so it jams when it makes a revolution. gotta buy a new one of those somewhere.
when I took it apart the 3rd time, the impact end fell out of the housing, it was very oily, so I THINK it was supposed to be filled with some type of oil. anyone know what to use? it didn't stink like gear oil, I am going to assume it's just 30 wt...
all in all, I think I am done with cheap air tools...though my HF Earthquake is still going strong after 20 yrs or so...
