Wow! This is a great deal. I ended up at under $130 out the door. I thought I was done buying tools this month, guess not.

Holy Smokes that is a great deal!!!

I bought my 95 piece set for ~$300 about a year ago, so this is about half that for pretty much the same thing.

They are the craftsman professional uses impact socket, not the craftsman industrial as the thread suggest.

Good clarification, I ordered a set thinking they were industrial. If the Pro's don't come in USA made I will be taking them back. I have plenty of non USA impacts, I've been on the look out for a USA set for awhile.

I think the professional use sets are the industrial. Sears for whatever reason can't advertise them as such. All the professional use sets I've ordered in the past were the Industrial.

The professional in this case is the same as the industrial. Notice the set model number in the catalog and on the sears.com website. They are both 32803.

These will come stamped Industrial. Look at the part number on both the Sears site and in the Industrial catalog I linked to. Furthermore; like suggested above Sears rebrands the Industrial sets as "Professional Use."

I noticed that too after posting. The set contents list shows the industrial brand and part numbers.

It would be a great deal if they turn out to be the industrials. They are excellent impact sockets. But the badging of professional uses makes things vague.

if you click on:

This product comes with:
Set Content Listing

it pops up with the "industrial" listing of the set.... so by all accounts IT IS industrial

what coupon code did you use?

For some unknown reason I got a $10 gift card from sears for a "website" issue. Additionally, the recently sent me an additonal 10000 shop your way points to be used on tools. I also used my discover card to get an additional 10% back.

I know you guys don't normally do this, but there is definitely some equity here in buying this and parting them out on eBay

Unfortunately that set was on sale at the outlets for $25, but they're all out of stock now...

I got an email earlier this week for a free $10 off any orders of tools over $75 if you redeem your current points during an order. Trying to place the order but keep getting an error that they're having connectivity issues when trying to redeem my points.

That's exactly what I used on my order. Went through ok, but that was 4:30 this morning.

Just went to re-try my order and use my Rewards Points and now the set is showing up at $249.99 in my cart, even though the page still shows it at $142.49.

This set is still listed at $149.99 on the Craftsman.com website. Price shows $149.99 in the cart at Craftsman.com, however when going to checkout it shows the total at $249.99.

Sorry to double post, but I contacted the Sears support. Here is their response to the price change.

"Andy, I have checked and I'm sorry to inform you that the discount has ended and the price of the item is reflecting as the regular price when you add the item to cart.

During the overnight hours Sears.com/Kmart.com performs daily batch jobs which change the pricing on our websites. During this time the pricing changes first on the checkout page, then on the search page, and lastly on the Product Description page. During this time you will see pricing discrepancies between pages. Please,. go all the way to checkout. The price at checkout is the correct price."

I accidentally ordered two :(
Let me know if you want to sell the extra set you got. Looks like I just got shafted on buying it online due to their website not working right, and then the price changing in the cart before the listed prices got updated.

Sears is quite the joke as of late, that's for sure!!!! I passed as I didn't need this set, and thought about buying a set to pass along a deal to a GJ member, but couldn't put myself in a position to deal with their inevitable frustrating antics. Perhaps it will go back on sale briefly like other items often do???
