Craftsman industrial ratcheting wrenches

I know there have been threads about these wrenches here but didn't get the answer i was looking for. I saw a set of the Craftsman industrial ratcheting wrenches USA made on ebay at a decent price but i have heard good and bad on these wrenches. Anyone have any experience with these?

I think Armstrong made the industrial line for craftsman.
