Craftsman -K- series

I turned in a -v- series 1/4" slide bar for replacement. Received the new one in the mail Sat and it is a -K- series. Anyone know who made it? No COO on it.

The "New" K series (there was a K in a circle in the late 30's to early 50's) is either Danaher, ca. 2009 - 2010, (which means nothing for COO...) or SK division of Facom, ca. 1985 - 2004, probably Danaher

i bought some sockets marked G2 today, they are very nice. Also a KZ ratchet thats my new favorite (thin profile usa.)
