Yeah, those aren't rare, I have one on my keyring right now, lol. It's all gray from having the chrome buffed off over the years.

Sears also kept a box of them on the checkout counter. Not sure who made them throughout the years, but some are marked WF for Western Forge. Didn’t production of these go to China like everything else?

There are other examples of that screwdriver out there as a promo item for all different businesses.

I've got one that I've had on my keychain for years. Finish is pretty much wore off from handling. Just recently replaced it with another, newer 4-in-1 keychain driver. it has it's uses.
