They're listing as in stock with a delivery date of Jan 10th now (I know that's more than likely a giant lie :bounce: )

They are some really nice large size wrenches. I consider it a miracle that the two bags of wrenches made it to my house in a pretty flimsy box. They just don't make wrenches like them anymore. I just got in under the wire on 12/4/17:beer:

Well. My card was charged. But I have yet to get anything or get an email stating it shipped.

My order was cancelled today. Refund to CC "in process." Customer Service says "no longer available" and "we'll fix it on the website."

Apparently never occurred after the initial sale mid-month for which a few lucky GJ's got in on it.

Might want to contact their CS through chat in order to get your refund activated otherwise they may keep in in "pending" in perpetuity!

Received CC refund. Received email apologizing for posting an item online that is no longer available as being available (which as of this post is still listed as "in stock!").

During the chat I had with a guy yesterday, I asked several times on the chances of it shipping if I ordered again yesterday. He guaranteed me it would. Well I know it isn't going to happen, but I saved the chat anyway. It's probably something Sears employees should never do, guarantee anything will every happen.

The only guarantee I'd trust from a Sears employee is the guarantee that Sears will be going out of business soon.

If you really need those sizes, you can get Sunex sets for less than the cost of the Craftsman and be able to warranty them if they break in the future. Craftsman warranty/availability is unknown. I bought a few of these Sunex sets a few years back and have had no issues. The polished V groove's are exceptionally nice.

Since you mention warranty, I’ve been using USA made Craftsman tools since the 80’s and have never had to warranty a wrench. I did have a 1/2” Craftsman ratchet that I had to warranty (moving parts), and a 1/2” socket that I cracked by my own misuse, but never a wrench. Maybe I’ve just been lucky!

Same here, in all my years of wrenching, very, very small percentage of defects, or any issue that would require a return. Maybe a ratchet or two, or deep well used as impact socket.
