I have two of these, and for the price, they're awesome.
Not all that bright in comparison to a drop light, but for their size, they're quite impressive. The magnet holds it in place horizontally on steel, and they come in obnoxious (hard to lose) colors. One BIG advantage these have over most of the lights in this size class is that they're all plastic. Being non-conductive is important for the places I'll hang one of these.

However, I just ordered a pair of Nebo Larry C lights (they should be arriving in my mailbox today). The clip is magnetic, and rotates 180 degrees, and while they're the same size as the Craftsman pocket LED, they're over twice as bright, and only ran me $7 each. I'll have to compare them later.

Interesting. I made the same deal on four, but only got $6 back in points. For me, I was limited in points back to what I spent. Last year though, there was a way to roll this promotion using multiple transactions.

A good price for a decent product, but there are a number of similar lights out for just a little more $ that I like a lot better (i.e. the Nebo Larry light). The Craftsman only has a magnet at the end opposite the light. Others have a magnet built in the clip, which I find a lot more useful.

Not exactly free, but if you're going to be making another purchase from Sears anyway, it's close to free. The problem with a lot of these 100% back deals is points expire quickly, usually within 7 days (and they take 24 hrs to post to your account).

There are a couple more items that are 100% back. It is worth noting though that the points will be awarded 11/30 and expire on 12/6. So you really need to be ready to use these when you get them. A week is a short window.

The COB is the new version, and should be quite a bit brighter than the original Larry (which was just 8 LEDs to the Craftsman's 6). But I don't have both to compare, so who really knows for sure.

Just a warning for anyone who did the deal last year, this isn't really the same deal again.

Last year, you could pay everything with your points except for one cent out of pocket, and still earn all the extra points. People got a lot of lights for one cent each this way.

This year, the amount of points earned depends on how much you pay out of pocket. If you only pay one cent, then you only earn one cent in points back.

Weird. I see a 40 and a 60 lumen listing, while both are Model # KTB6S.
Not sure what's up with that. The 60 lumen listing was created in 2013. The 40 lumen listing is from 2016. Both are the same price.

They're very likely the same thing, these are not high quality LED's, likely disposable similar to the free HF flashlights.

Just opened my mail and compared the Craftsman with the Nebo Larry C.

I like them both, but the Larry is certainly better. The light has better color rendition (and isn't so badly blue), has a wider spread (less of a center spot), and the recessed power button is a great idea (I've dropped the Craftsman and had it turn on). Plus the rotating magnet is great.

The Craftsman is a good light. The Larry C is a M12 stick light killer.

Just picked up my order with a few lights. I ordered from the "40 lumen" link and got "60 lumen" lights.

With fresh batteries in both, the light output from the Craftsman is almost indistinguishable from my Nebo Larry with 6x LED bulbs.

^ ^ ^ Yeah, there is "delay" for getting the SYW points.

Somehow I lost $6 in future points during the time I had order in review status, and when I sent it through. This did involve passing beyond midnight last night so that may be the issue. Either way, I got $38 is up front free SYW money, and supposedly $22 later. This was on a net order of $77 !!!
