Craftsman Machinist Box

Going to try and fix this one up.. Stop the rust, tack weld the latch lock area, and get a key or new lock. Did they make a bottom roller for this? I at first thought this was made by Kennedy but G. MclAve in the Craftsman group let me know it was made by Waterloo.

I have one of the Waterloo made Craftsman boxes and a couple of the Kennedys and they all seem to be very well made.
