Craftsman made by Knipex?

Look at these Craftsman cobras on ebay, made by knipex. I wonder if they took the black rubber grip off, or if it was sold that way, maybe a long time ago.

They look like regular Knipex Cobra's to me.

Older Craftsman versions had the same grips as the standard Knipex models. There are still a few of the old ones at my local Sears that have the Knipex grip.
