craftsman manual needed

Hi All,

I just bought a Craftsman belt sander from the 50's. It is one of the polished aluminum 3x21 (315.22420) jobs. Anyhow, I would like to get a manual for it just so I have the instructions. Anyone know where I can find one? Sears does not have any, even in electronic form.

Go to owwm.org. you can usually find one there. You need the model #,something like 103.xxxx

Thanks Softail, I tried Sears and they don't carry it anymore. I just checked OWWM as I thought they would not carry a manual for the hand held stuff. Nope, nothing there. I will keep looking.

Found one and printed it out. I did not realize that Sears made aluminum bodied tools up into the 70's.

That a the one I found and printed out. Hoping the sander works well, if not I will become an electrician real quick.

I have the manual for the 4" X 24", model # 315.22670 I think about the same sander just a bit bigger. I could scan the 5 pages for you.
