Craftsman map gas torch

I have this craftsman map torch that came with a large tip and a small tip I have lost the small tip. Does enyone kno the modle # or where I could get a new tip.

I had one just like this quite some time ago. It may be too old to find a tip. But try Sears parts.

It doesn't have a model number on it and the case is long gone. Was hoping to come up with a model # or manufactor so I can look it up
