Not a super good deal, but OK if you need something now.

A quick rule of thumb is $1 per socket, ignoring hex keys and screwdriver bits completely.

If the set passes that test, look at the exact sockets. Bump down the value of 1/4" sockets, especially duplicates in 6 point and 12 point. Major extra points for big sockets, since the fill-in sets of big sizes are really expensive. Deep sockets are useful. Ratchets are more valuable than sockets, but basic raised-panel ratchets aren't highly regarded and are in the $10 11 piece Christmas sets.

If you want a fitted case, a nice one is worth 15%-20% of the set. But if you shake the case and everything mixes together, it's probably worth 0%.
