I went to slid my saw over a bit and the handle just came off in my hand. I’m coming up NLA in all my searches for a replacement. Currently using zip ties in order to use it. The threaded bosses for all the attaching screws just broke apart. Anyone have any ideas ? Epoxy or something else?

You could drill all the way through the handle and put a nut on the other side.

Or use a threaded insert and use plastic weld to hold it in place.

Can you take a picture of the halves seperated?

Thanks for a couple of different ideas. Might try to get inside pics if the zip ties fail. It is useable for now but a little loose.
the threaded parts were just molded posts that split apart and broke off. Machine screws and nuts might be possible.

You could drill through, but use binding post screws instead of nuts so you won't have the sharp protrusions sticking out of the handle. Binding post screws are also called "Chicago screws" and "*** bolts".
