Craftsman model 875.168820 impact wrench.

Hey guys! I'm new to the forum and have a question about the impact wrench in my title. I just bought it at Sears two days ago. This is my first impact wrench. I bought Marvel air oil and dropped 3 drops into the inlet and a few into a oil port under the 1/2" drive. I can get it to work in reverse but cannot get it to do anything in forwards at any speed. Was wondering if there is something I'm overlooking or need to just return? Thanks for your help and glad to be part of the forum!

And air pressure to the wrench is correct.

Nevermind! Looked at a few places on the Internet and learned if you smacked it off the concrete floor it works!

That does not sound like something I want to own. Is this a one time "repair" or is it necessary to do it more often? After reading that suggestion,I would have returned it.
