Hi all. I’m restoring a 1947 craftsman motor. It’s a 3/4 hp at 3450 rpm. Type is cybk10 model 157106. The wiring is a little different than all the others I’ve done. Anybody have a wiring diagram or know where to find one? Thanks in advance

I had a typo. It’s a 115.7106. It has the same number of leads like all the rest but I has a three wire thermo switch. I made a wiring diagram of it but now questioning myself. Just wanted some advice before I hook it up

It's most likely 115/230 volts. If the leads are P1, P2, T2, T3, T4, T5 & T8 then 115 volt will be incoming hot to P1, neutral to T2 ,T4 &T8 (for CW rotation viewing non-drive end) and P2, T3 & T5 are spliced.

Swap T5 with T8 for reverse rotation.

The 230 volt connection will be one of the incoming hots to P1, P2 is capped off, T2, T3 & T5 spliced and the other incoming hot to T4 & T8.

Thanks for your help. It isn’t a dual voltage motor just 120 volt. Tomorrow I will hook it the way I think it should be and give the blo test. Hopefully no magic smoke will escape!?!?

Thanks BB 29510. My motor is a 3/4 hp 3450 rpm @ 115 volts. Type cybk10 model number 115.7106. It has a date code of h2 47. So the wiring is the same as a 1750 rpm motor. Has two wire from the core to where the cap is at. A green which is the neutral and a yellow which goes to the capacitor. Four more wire come out of the top of the core: a yellow from centrifugal switch. The a red blk and green. I’m sure I know how to wire it up it’s just the thermo overload has three wires coming out of instead of two. But would be nice to see a publication on it like the one you sent me. I’m too new to this site to know my way around it. I’m also using my phone so everything is small
