Craftsman Nail Puller

Well, it looks like Craftsman is releasing its own line of nail pullers. At the same time, it looks like they're carrying a series of Estwing nail pullers as well, of a style I haven't seen by them before.

So yea, just an outloud observation. Hmm, this could also explain why my local Sears has been clearancing out their Shark branded nail pullers.

I wonder who the manufacturer is. Dasco? Stanley? Maybe Vaughan. What do you guys think?

I've called them that as well before wondering why I couldn't find any good ones online.

My favorite brand is actually Vaughan, which manufacture theirs in Japan, I believe. I believe Dasco's are made in the USA, and Shark's are made in China.

It seems that some sizes are in stock at my local Sears. Hopefully I'll be able to check out the details this weekend, but if someone else takes a look at them first, please report back!

When Sears had these a couple of months ago I picked up a 8" one,very useful. and identicle to the Vaughn my Dad has except the Vaughn is made in Japan(Craftsman is stamped USA)

I stopped by Sears today, and it definitely resembles Vaughan's pullers/paws. Sure enough, it said it was made in the USA.
