Drill is used but perfectly functional around 10 charges on the battery estimating high. The impact has never been used on a screw only stored in my toolbox so a few storage marks. Comes with one battery and a charger. prefer trades I also have a galaxy note 8 tablet i can sweeten the pot with if your trade is interesting enough used but with box.
