Sears Outlet has this Nextec Rotary Tool BRAND NEW on sale for $44.99 regular $99.99 and comes with battery, charger, and case. The model number on the Sears site indicates the charger is a QUICK CHARGER, so it seems to be a good deal. Again, this is Sears Outlet, not Sears.

I'm still waiting for the $29.99 on sears.com. It's done it before, and they've already had the right angle impact and oscillating multi-tool kits at this price just in the past month or so.
