Craftsman now at Menards

Did anyone notice that pretty much anything Stanley, or leftover Gearwrench and Crescent has been replaced by Craftsman. I wonder if the new Masterforce is made by Stanley Black and Decker. I looked closely at the new Masterforce and it doesn't look like anything Apex made. The ratchets look like Kobalt stuff. Could be a mix of manufacturers.
