The best deal I 'found' on a Craftsman 1/4" Permanex box filled with extra pieces, including the 1/4" breaker bar theoldwizard1 mentioned, was when I was out on a south Florida Atlantic ocean reef, spear-fishing and lobstering, using a snorkel, no tank.
I was cruising by myself on the surface, watching the ocean floor when I saw something out-of the ordinary. I swam-down and there in-front of me was a pile of tools! One was a 1/4" Permanex Craftsman box, still snapped-closed, and yes, it was filled! I put all the tools into my nylon mesh catch bag, and because it was so-heavy, too-heavy to carry, I used the rope from my dive flag buoy, tied-to the catch bag, and dragged the bag across the ocean floor back to the tide line, and out of the water. I had reached my 'limit' for the day. When I got home, I inventoried the stuff, and it was a good haul, all quality tools, and I still have 'em today. Apparently they hadn't been on the ocean floor long, as the salt water hadn't corroded anything beyond a slight 'flash', and there was no build-up of marine growth, at-all. How it came to be there, I don't know.
