I don't see where this has been posted, so....
I joined the Craftsman Club the other day and within days rec'd an email about some deals. The one here is the Mini-Pliers, a 3-pliers set with a cutter, a needle-nosed, and a long-nosed pliers. They list at $19.99, on sale for 9.99, Craftsman Club price 8.99.
I was gonna order them, but then I happened to drive by a brick-and-mortar Sears and stopped in to look at them. They are made in China [darn], but they did have the $8.99 price. I decided to go for them anyway, even Chinese, as my wife uses these types of small pliers in a hobby thing she does. Plus, I figured for $3 each, I'd have some use for them. I have used them twice in the first two days, though I have a big drawer in my ToolVault with nothing but pliers already. I have a mini cutter [SnapOn] I've had for many years, and these are certainly not as nice, but they are actually ok for the price.
