Craftsman portable tool box

I've got a Craftsman tool box with the cantilever trays. It's in very nice shape aside from some surface rust on the two top latches. The Waterloo version of this box sells new at Sears for more than $100. I'm asking $40 OBO, plus shipping.

I improvised and weighed this by using a bathroom scale - seems to be about 18lbs.
Shipping to jjarrell4 with zip 22401 from 30096 on 20lbs is ~ $15
Shipping to Crashman with zip 10282 is ~ $16.50
