Craftsman Pre-block vs. block grinder?

Hi all,

Currently have a pre-block mailbox style and I love it. Picking up a newer block grinder today because the price is too good not to.

Question: if I have to keep one - which one should it be? Why?

My experience isn't much with these - I mostly use with a stone and wire wheel to restore old hand tools. Did some searching but couldn't find a direct comparison. Thanks.
