These look just like a set I own, so I will suppose they are the same. I confess, I don't use mine, but they came in a larger set and I've had no reason to get rid of them. I have sets of gear wrench reversible and flex heads that I occasionally use for odd spots on the vehicles.
Now, these don't have fine teeth, so I would not recommend for use in a place with a tight turning arc, but that does not mean they aren't quality. Remember, the classic craftsman RP ratchet does not have a high tooth count either, and lots of folks swear by them. In my mind, more teeth usually translates to finer, smaller teeth. This in turn means a ratchet mechanism that wears out faster and breaks easier, all else being the same.
These wrenches would probably be very useful in non-automotive use, in places where there are pass through bolts and higher turning arcs, perhaps construction or facilities maintenance. I think they would be stronger and have a longer lifespan than the gear wrench type wrench. My only complaint about them is the metric set does not include 17 and 16 mm. I can get over the 16, but the 17 seems like a common metric size to me.
